Wait for AOR as you will get Application No with it. Once you have AOR using physical presence calculator create proper one - https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/rescalc/resCalcStartNew.do
Generate pdf, attach it to a webform.

Withdraw it now and reapply again, it is better now to have clean application and also to avoid misrepresentation if they didn't get your webform on time. 25mins ago is not really a huge gap to wait for AOR on an error application

She can use her IELTS that she used in the immigration process
