Don't create it, if you have defict of more than 60 physical presence days. If you don't submit within 60 days they will delete your account and application within it.

don't worry though, you'll be first invited to take the test and usually they schedule it to next week, then you'll have that starting date and 20 more days. So, you'll have about 25-28 days to study for it.
