Yes I’m working, I do two jobs, I have 3 kids 1 Canadian born, my H&C application is almost 16 months… I’m still waiting for their reply.. I need help on what to do to buy time more ..
see if some other member here suggest otherwise but i will suggest to get the help from Lawyer to get stay on your deportation order. That will helps you buy some time while waiting on your H&C application. Your H&C application is 16 months old which is a considerable time so getting a stay on deportation is quite likely. Best wishes and prayers.

Hello everyone, I was given deportation date today and sincerely I am so sad… I have 1 month to leave Canada… they bought my ticket already.. I was not giving options to buy the tickets… I’m a mom with 3 kids, please if you have any advice on what I should do next please let me know… my lawyer said he won’t be around so I should look for another lawyer who can help me…
Are you a failed refugee claimant? Were you offered PRRA?

At this point the only option may be to find a new lawyer who can try to argue to get your deportation deferred (tripartite test). You'd want to find that new lawyer very soon.

Yes I’m a failed refugee… my judiciary review was dismissed last year July, so I was not offered the PRRA.. I will get a new lawyer ASAP. Thank you.

In that case you need a lawyer to try to defer your removal through the tripartite test. You definitely need to find a new lawyer ASAP. Good luck.

Hi! How do I know which office is my case in? The officer who sent AIP was in Montreal - does it mean my case is in Montreal? Because the contact email is niagarafallsbrobra@…but seems like it’s the same email for everyone?

Congratulations to you, did you do your application yourself? If no, did the officer send the AIP to you directly or to your lawyer?

Hi button can you please share your timeline ?
Applied may 2023
Biometrics June 2023
Aor June 2023
AIP August 2023

as of today, eligibility, medical passed (got them done in 2022 so they were valid still). Criminality in progress, security not started. Criminality started beginning of October and it’s been quiet since then. Everyone I know who got their AIP in July and later - have no movement in cases….its so weird.

Hey
I don’t have the link because my consultant sent a webform for me. But she simply asked for the status of my application and wrote them if they need any additional documents
