CSC - Called IRCC: 25 October 2023 - Followed up on portal 1 email. Agent informed me that Montreal IRCC will finalize my PR and have sent an email on 20 October 2023 which I didn't receive. Agent sent a request to Montreal IRCC to resend the portal 1 email.
CSC - Called IRCC: 27 October 2023 - Followed up again on portal 1 email. Agent send a test email to confirm if I am receiving emails from cic.gc.ca - which I did received while on call with the agent. Agent advised to be patient as Montreal IRCC is a bit busy at the moment.

I got my portal 1 request in may 15th2024. But didn’t heard back from them and still waiting for next step. Anyone got PR confirmation after may 15 please reply
