In summary, from the date you submit your DS-160 application (after payment), if no interview/additional documentation required, one should expect their application to be completed in 2 months. Thank you for your upgrate, question the email instructions. The address was in the Toronto consulate or they sent it you another province ?
I was interviewed for a B2 visa on Dec 7, 2023, in the Vancouver Consulate, but my case needs administrative processing. The officer told me that I would receive an email with the DS-5535 form to fill out and send back with some additional documents. I have not received the email yet. Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes to receive the email? Should I email the required documents and ask them to send me the DS-5535 form?
Quick questions, for a B1/B2 visa renewal in Canada Montreal. I got the email instructions send my documents. I sent them but at my own expenses because I didn’t realize that They created a shipping label for me I realized that after I sent them on my own with Canada post. Will that be a problem? Document was sent to Ottawa location. I’m very worry about, document arrived on Sunday 17th of November. Please I need some advice
Hey what is your timeline ? How long after this you got your visa, I’m facing the same issues I sent the documents at my own cost because I didn’t realized the label was already created lol
Can someone share their recent timeline for B1/b2 interview waiver for toronto office. Here is my timeline so far
Dec 20 - documents sent
Dec 21 - document received by the consulate
Dec 22 - case created- application recieved
There has been no update since and I have travel plans in 10 days. I am so worried

Same situation. Documents sent on Dec 19, received by Dec 20, case created by Dec 22. No update until now and I will have a travel plan on Jan 22...
