Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada (this includes your country of birth)?

1. Do I need to mention all the immigration status from the date I was born until date? Or just for last 5 years? Because it is not mentioned as last 5 years in the question above?

2. I had travelled to Dubai for 6 days for which I had applied e-Visa online. It was not stamped in my passport . I received visa for 2 months. Do I need to mention this as a visitor visa? What dates I need to select 6 days or 2 months?

3. I had travelled to Saudi for Hajj for 40 days in 2007 for which I had applied Saudi Visa which is expired. Do I need to mention this as a visitor visa?

4. I received UK tire1 visa and I did not travel at all. Do I need to mention this as a worker visa for which I did not travel at all?

5. I was in USA on L1 A visa and my dependents on L2 visa. Do I need to mention this as a worker visa? What option should I need to select from the status dropdown as shown in the image above for L1 and L2 both?

6. Are the “Date obtained” and “end dates” are the dates mentioned on my visa stamped in passport or the actual travel date?

1) All your life.
2 and 3) IRCC doesn't care about the visas you got for short visits as a tourist (or a pilgrim). You can safely skip those.
4) No idea if that's a tourist visa or some visa to live/work in the country. If it's the second, doesn't harm to list it regardless of whether you used it...
5) Worker seems to make the most sense, pick that.
6) Go with the dates showing on your documents.
