I am in the same situation .
Please help and share what did you guys do to enter Canada .
I had to travel to India and the PGWP was delivered in Canada at my friends place but my Study VISA has expired , so can't travel back.
Please guide.

You need to apply for a TRV to enter Canada. PGWP allows you to work in Canada, not enter.
