Hi herin, police called my father on the same day. He visited police station and today is 3rd day of the visit. No update yet on the portal.

Don't worry, they have a cut off date as per local SP office and they wud have to call and clear the file before it.

Process completion in India: 12/24/2023
PCC clear, available for issuance:01/02/2024

Hi, my status got updated today in BLS portal. Its showing that its Dispatched through Purolator and gave me an Airway bill no. to track the same.

19/12/2023 - Received an email saying the police verification has been initiated.

20/12/2023 - My father got a call from local application station / visit on the same day/ took documents

21/12/2023 - Police Verification Report is clear.PCC is available for issuance.

29/12/2023 - printed

29/12/2023 - Dispatched from CGI to BLS

02/01/2024 - Ready to Dispatch (because of the holidays, it didn't move for 3 days)

02/01/2024 - Dispatched and received the waybill number.

03/01/2024 - I will receive it today.

considering the timeline, its not bad for the CGI Toronto considering it as the one of the busiest consulates outside India.
Most of the time took place in the Consulate General of India in Toronto. I sure hope they would fast track the process in the near future to provided such documents faster.

Anyway, Hope everyone will receive their PCCs without any glitches soon.

Hi all, is it normal for a postal application to not show any details on BLS Tracking page? thank you.

I have mailed my wife's application on Dec 27th, 2023 and since there is no update on the tracker page.

Yeah it takes a few days. In my case the postal application started showing after 6 days on their portal. Initially, your date of birth would show wrong in the portal so dont panic when it does. It will automatically be corrected after the file is sent to CGI/embassy.

Passport seva portal showing:
Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate since last two days, yet I haven't received any mail mentioning CAT number
Why is that?
Generally when the mail come after such status/

I applied my PCC on 22nd of December 2023 on Brampton center. There BLS staff has corrected my PCC application and submitted that one.

Now I want that application form

How would I get the new/ submitted application form?
