I'm currently a 25-year-old pursuing my master's degree in computer science here in Europe. I've been contemplating the idea of moving to Canada, and I've heard there are various pathways available.

I was wondering if being a Software Engineer and potentially getting married at the age of 26 would contribute positively to the points system. It's worth mentioning that I don't have European citizenship or permanent residency.

Any information?

If you have at least 6 months experience in the last 3 years in software engineering (NOC 21231). You can potentially receive invitation to apply under STEM category. The last STEM draw was on December 8 and the cut off point was 481. You could also explore individual provincial nominee programs such as Ontario or Alberta (just to name a few and each has its own eligibility criteria).
You will need to write IELTS and have you credential evaluated. Getting married can only boost your chances if your wife also has ECA and IELTS. You need to do some research on the express entry program. Start from here

Research the Express Entry program.
