Dear Sir/Madam,
I drafted the purpose of the visit and shared it here for your kind help: Could you please check it for me. We collected the doctor's note again but I am thinking of not attaching the doctor's note in this second application. Please give your comments on it. I am waiting for your reply.
The doctor has given this current note: "This is to certify that AFSANA AKTER had a fall resulted in Lumber Vertebral Fracture. Her mother lives in Bangladesh and wants to visit in Canada. I would appreciate if the mother’s application for a visit visa gets approved. The information is as follows:"
The doctor's previous note: "This is to certify that AFSANA AKTER has some chronic health condition and she needs help from family members. Her mother lives in Bangladesh and wants to come and help her. I would appreciate if the mother’s application for a visit visa gets approved. The information is as follows:"
RE : PURPOSE OF MY VISIT
I, ALIA BEGUM, date of birth: xxxxx, National ID No: xxxxx, Passport No: xxx, am currently residing at sorder bari, Sudharam, Sadar-3800, Bangladesh.
My younger daughter AFSANA AKTER, Permanent Resident of Canada, Permanent Resident Card no: xxxxxx, residing at 76 Pharmacy Avenue, Scarborough, ON, Canada.
REASON TO VISIT CANADA:
AFSANA AKTER got injured by falling on the stairs which resulted in a Lumber Vertebral Fracture. She was admitted to Michael Garron General Hospital at 825 Coxwell Avenue in East York, Toronto, Ontario on July 7, 2023, and stayed in the hospital until July 13, 2023. I attached the hospital admission and diagnostic reports herewith this application.
Her husband managed more time to take care of herself and recently she recovered physically but mentally distressed by the accident. At this moment, she needs a family connection for some quality time to improve her mental condition. As a mother, I should meet her. So, I am planning to visit them for two weeks from February 25, 2024, to March 12, 2024.
Last four years, my daughter AFSANA AKTER and my loving grandsons RATUL and FAHAD encouraged me to visit Canada but I could not manage time. I think it is time to see my daughter and my grandsons to make them a quality time for two weeks.
RETURN TO RETURN IN BANGLADESH:
I have family members in Bangladesh: my husband, my biological mother (90), and my other elder daughter SHAHNA AKTER who has been surviving with Breast Cancer in Bangladesh. She has two kids and I am the only guardian who takes care of them. I attached her diagnostic records as proof of SHAHAN’S cancer. I am affirming that I will return in a timely manner to live with my husband and said family members. I have substantial assets in Bangladesh and I have been receiving regular pensions from the Bangladesh Government as a retired employee. So, I emphasize to live in Bangladesh.
Moreover, I have a good attachment with relatives, friends, and other community members, I feel happy to live with them. I contribute to the community people by providing them with health education and other family mediation by utilizing the knowledge that I gained from different professional training during my career with the Ministry of Health and Family Planning of Bangladesh.
For the visit, I have a total of $20,010.48 as liquid money available to execute my travel expenses. I am giving undertaking herein that I will bear my travel, medical, and all other incidental expenses while I stay there.
