Do IRCC officers work during vacations? According to the website they are only on December 25th and January 1st...
(Of course the fact that ircc officers are in the offices doesn't mean at all that they are working, they are completely screwed...But at least when they are in the offices we can have a small hope of 1% of being able to obtain a response from them...

Spoke to IRCC for an update on my H&C application, which is almost 17 month now, agent said
-eligibility not started
-security not started
-criminality in progress
-medicals not started

but at the end she also said info sharing in progress.

i did asked her under which category it comes but she wasn't able to answer.

Does anyone know what is info sharing and under which category does it comes under?

These days processing time is 17 month to process the complete application. what the F.. IRCC did in this case in 17 months. Really frustrating.

Don't worry. The details provided by the call center are irrelevant, for example, some people in this forum had eligibility status showing as 'not started' even though they have already received the AIP (Approval in Principle). Perhaps the most important thing to find out is whether the file has been sent to a different office other than Vancouver and if it has been assigned to a specific officer... @junanjum

Try to call them if you want next wednesday and ask them about the office and if they assigned your file to an officer

but still my photo section is in review in portal. Anyone have idea, how long does it take to get Pr card after Ecopr?

Anyone that has been in this situation please help/advise. It’s been a month that my wife and kids PR card arrived in the mail except mine. How do i go about this? People said to me oh family PR cards don’t usually arrive the same time. But now I’m beginning to feel uneasy cos it’s been a month! Is there anyway to check what’s going on? My application number just says complete on ECAS nothing about the PR card. Nothing on portal to track it. What can i do now?

Hi @ Lar Mo I remember @tony4454 was able to track his pr card by creating a GCKEY account and linking his pr card to it. Also I can't say I agree to family pr cards not arriving together because 4 of us were waiting me, my husband and two of our children and we all got out pr cards on the same day. Hope I was able to help
