Need Help!! - Got 1 year of PGWP instead of 3 Years

Hello Members,
I have completed two 1 year programs back to back without a break and ive applied for PGWP on 6th of September. On November 11th i got my PGWP approved but its only for 1 year. When i called IRCC about this they said that they did not receive document of my second course so they made this decision. On the same day i applied reconsideration with all the required documents but 1 moth later i received a letter saying they are sticking to their original decision of 1 year pgwp. All my friends who took the same courses with me got 3 years of WP. I dont know what to do now. I'm already done with 1 month of my wp. I had sent an email to Local MP but i got an automated email saying that he is out of work till 8th Jan. Can any please help me or guide me with necessary step to be taken to solve my issue.

Maybe get an immigration lawyer to look at submitting a judicial review to the federal court that there was an error in law. It doesn’t mean you will get 3 years but if you win your case, IRCC will review your application again.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah even i thought of this step but heard that Cost of dealing with Lawyer is high. So looking for other options too.

MPs can't really change decisions.

Generally your options are reconsideration, appeal, and/or reapplying.

I don't think so. They will say you already have a PGWP.

You can try but it is recommended you do this with the help of a lawyer.

CBSA will not give you a longer permit as you have one. They will tell you to apply through IRCC. Agree that if you want to reapply then first consult an immigration lawyer.

Okay, Any suggestions or recommendations about Immigration lawyer based in Toronto?
