For my two-year course, I have completed two months online from my home country due to covid and then I moved to Canada. How do I mention this personal history in two separate entries?

Exactly that…for those two months, Activity will be education, Country/City (your home country), Institution (the school). The difference between the two entries will be the date and the location. Pretty simple
