Guys finally after waiting for more than 2 months since status changed to "Final Decision in progress" today I received email to share details to create account on PR Portal. Do you guys know when should I expect to receive PR portal email about account creation ?
My timelines:

Interested submitted: 2020
Location: Mississauga
Invitation received: October 17, 2022
Sponsoring: Mother
Application submitted: Dec 14, 2022
Sponsorship Approval - May 23, 2023
Biometrics Requested - Done with TRV
Pre arrival: 11-Oct-2023
Medical: 10-Aug-2023
PCC: 14-July-2023
Final Decision in progress: 12-Oct-2023
PR Portal email : 19-Dec-2023

Hi Lambo-s-LAW , mine is already 14 months since application was submitted and file transferred to Montreal in June 2023 when the sponsorship approval was also received.

The only update I have is criminality passed since May 2023 using previously submitted biometric for TRV . Every other process has not been started .

i ordered GCMS notes and saw 22nd May 2024 as due date for medicals which has not been started.

It took over 3 weeks to get a response after submitting the application.

Got an email from IRCC asking to give email address for my parents. So they can send link for virtual landing.
I have submitted the email address. Does anyone know how long they will take to recieve virtual landing link.

Also how can I submit photo on the pr portal. What size photo do I need. Do I need to get digital copy of photo.

To members who got medicals or PPR
---- we got medical letter (IMM) dated 21 nov 2023 to undergo the medical examination within 30 days of date of this letter,
We got medical done on 8 th December 2023 , but doctor has not uploaded medical till now and they are saying it may take another week to upload due to heavy rush these days and they will send to ircc date wise . So probably it will be uploaded after 30 days deadline .will it be ok or may pose some problem ? Please take time to reply.

I would say send IRCC email with Letter of Explanation stating this exact scenario along with proof of any kind like Receipt or paper you have from the doctor's office that shows they have undergone medicals on this date by this doctor. I am no expert but I would have send email. Its better to be safe by informing them. I hope this helps.

If you have a recently approved visitors visa does that mean that the background check for immigration will pass quickly as well? We will do PCC upfront and send via email webform...and for those of you have submitted PCC upfront, what is the protocol, formality and introductory format of the webform that must be sent? Thanks!

Which year do you mean when you said you missed by about $6000 in one of those years? $6000 is a lot.
To sponsor for 2023, you need income for 2022, 2021 and 2020. If you are good for 2022 and 2021, then may be they will let you get away by counting your 2023 when you can provide an upate NOA. I saw one case in the discussion. But it's not a normal way the income requirement is processed.
