Do some research. Pick the school that advancement your career and education, not lowest deposit. You know that you have to pay first year tuition to apply for a study permit. IELTS 6 in all bands is okay.
I do know that, but the prices vary from place to place. I want to know the range of prices so that an initial idea may form, and so that I can choose wisely.
You have to do your own research based on your own profile. All schools have a non refundable deposit. We are volunteers so will not do it for you, and don’t know your profile. Pick a public DLI. If you don’t want to do the research, hire a licensed immigraition consultant.
No one here is going to go on university sites for you and check the deposit fee and cross reference the IELTS score. And did you even go on the UNB site or just relied on Reddit. Pick 5 schools in the Atlantic region. It doesn’t take long - 15 to 20 minutes to google and look up the schools. Quick google - non refundable deposit Dal ($200).
Something tells me you are a lazy "student". Probably not even a genuine one. Study somewhere else.
Spend 20 minutes of your own time doing the research. Don’t rely on a volunteer forum to do the work for you. If you are just looking for the school with lowest deposit then you are not looking for the best school to advance your education and career. In the time you have posted, you could have found your answers.
