PR - Not accompany Spouse and Dependents

I got ITA after I removed my dependents from the application. My spouse and kids are currently in Canada.

Shall I proceed with the application? whether I can sponsor to my spouse once I got PR immediately?

any issue will come?

I'm confused, are they non-accompanying or removed from your application? If the later, you won't be able to sponsor them.
