Does your employer have approval and exemption number for francophone mobility? That is the first step. Are you in Alberta.

Of course they have, cause i’m one of many workers under francophone mobility who works for this company.
In the document checklist for AOS they ask for proof of exemption from LMIA, either as a letter to visa office to request this exemption or an approval from visa office for this approval.

So they will have the 7 digit exemption number, so ask your employer for the number.
