Mpnp - changing job position. With same employer

Hi guys ,
Rn i am working here in manitoba at clear lake in resort as line cook it’s been on year im working here.which teer 3 job, i want to change my job with same employer but as front desk because my right shoulder got injured because or my work in cooking. so guys can you please me with some guidance . Really appreciate it .
1) can i change job with same employer ? Or i can even change with different employer?
2) in my EOI application what noc code should i be mentioning my line cook experience or new job as front desk ?
3 ) can i apply under express entry after changing job ?

You can change jobs with the employer no issues there. If you have submitted the federal application already, no need to go through the process of informing IRCC. However, you should communicate the position change with the MPNP office. They will advise further.

If you have not submitted the documents for the federal process, you have to first go through the job change details with the province. Where necessary update the NOC code on you forms to front desk agent because that would be you current role. You will have to change your job description to front desk before you submit the forms. Use an LOE to explain that it is a role change with the same employer.

i haven’t submitted my application yet
I just have applied for EOI so i think ill have to submit new EOI with front desk noc code. ?
And
i am just wondering what my job offer letter / experience letter should mention on it.my cook one year experience and currently working as front desk right ?
if i start with new EOI profile using front desk noc should i still let mpnp about change job ?

You should send in a webform about your change in job to IRCC because that changes your job history on the application. You should also communicate with MPNP. Assume you are currently on an OWP if you were able to change jobs. Whether the change in jobs has an impact on MPNP depends on how you were applying for MPNP.
