Hey I applied my PR after I got my Saskatchewan SINP and I didn’t fill out the IMM5562 as there is no sponsor or spouse included. But my application has returned and states there’s information missing. So, do I’ve to fill out the form IMM5562??

Wait a minute, so because you don't have a spouse, you thought it was not necessary to fill out the travel history form..... What? The first section on the form is for YOU to complete. When IRCC return an application they tell you what the issue was. So if you don't want to fill out the form, then don't and forget about PR in Canada.

Yes, just fill it with the information pertaining to you! IRCC should have disclaimed what exactly they need for your application to go through, check if there aren't any other forms or documents that are missing. Good luck :D

Yes, you need to fill out the IMM5562 form even though you don’t have a sponsor or spouse included in your application. The IMM5562 form is a supplementary information form that is required for all applicants to the IRCC, regardless of whether they are applying under the Saskatchewan SINP or any other immigration program. The form asks for information about your travel history, including the dates, countries, and purposes of your trips.
