basically my bachelor gpa is too low to get accepted into masters in a canadian university, so i have this idea, if i get accepted into masters in my home country and i study for a year and score really well in whatever modules i have in front of me, will that mean i have chances to get accepted to transfer into masters in a canadian university?

To get accepted you need a 4 year degree and good grades. The university would have to accept your undergrad and then accept your masters program as equivalent to consider transferring courses. So ask the school you plan to attend and see if you will be admitted.

I just have one question, i know there are post graduate programs, i got accepted into one after my bachelor but i didnt have sufficient funds, my question is, lets say i get masters in here, and i apply for a post graduate degree in canada ( not phd). will the visa officer see it as lesser than master and reject my application?

Of course. Post grad is a joke and for students with bad academics. You just really try for a Masters if you want a quality education

There is no such thing as post grad Degree as that would be a Masters or Phd. Do you mean a diploma or certificate? To get approved you need funds, education progression and show career progression to justify costs.

GRE is for Master programs but still need to meet admissions standards of university. GRE is one component.

ah okay i see, i think my best chance is either do masters in my country, work for 2 years, then apply through the immigration programs, or study through an online university bachelor again, get grades and then apply for masters in canada, but i dont know how canadian universities will look into bachelor degrees that are achieved through degree hacking ways

If you can score really like or your GRE it can help with application as long as you can explain away your GPA and have great recommendations

Or just learn French to B2 level and not spend years and money on education.

If your fluent in French and English and have a degree then look to see if you would get PR through Express Entry.
