Request Letter

Hello,

I received in my account last week a letter titled "Request Letter " which basically gave directives regarding preparing my file for passport submission. The said letter is to be printed and submitted as part of the file.
However, the visa application centre tells me that is not the appropriate letter, and wouldn't receive my file.
Can someone please advise me on how to proceed? The letter says I have 30 days to submit so this is time-sensitive.

Are you trying to submit it through VFS? The letter needs to be uploaded to the VFS website and will be automatically accepted.

No. I went to submit in person at the Visa Application Centre but the worker who received me wouldn`t collect it, her reason being that the letter I received was not the one to be submitted; which is confusing because the request letter specifically said to print it and include with the passports, photos and other documents. I`m wondering if the format has changed from what it used to be, maybe.

When you say Visa Application Centre, you mean VFS, right?

If so, you need to book an online drop-in appointment from what I can recall. Did you do that?

I did. I was received but told that I needed another letter.

What VFS office is that? Call VFS customer support on Monday morning and get some clarity. Either you are making a minor mistake here, or the VAC representative was incredibly ignorant.
