I am here for a favor, I am looking to get my Spouse here ( I am PR holder ). I know spousal sponsorship estimate time is around 13 months right now. Is it any other stream to get them here quicker.

Not really. If your spouse is given a TRV, your spouse could travel now.

If your spouse is eligible for some other form of immigration stream - i.e. on own qualifications - by all means, apply under both, see which comes first.

If not, recent program - TRV for spouses - can be applied for after AOR, and while not a guarantee, that improves chances.

Express Entry may be faster if your spouse has a high score of like 500+

a apply for Visitor Visa, after that Apply for Inland PR and apply for Work permit after getting AOR. is that a way to do??

Yes, that is one way.

-No one can say whether spouse will get the TRV.
-If not, you'll have to apply outland.
-No-one can say how long it may take to find out about the TRV either way and whether it might be quicker to apply for outland straightaway.

An MP can’t help unless there is a processing problems for example. Getting a letter from an MP doesn’t add anything to your application especially if you don’t even know them personally.

I mean my case is the fact my application hasnt got opened for 4 months and MP asked for a action . Does it help at all?

So who is your MP? MP cannot expedite but can find out status. MP cannot tell IRCC to open your file. Posting under Family Sponsorship so this for PR application.
