Congrats!Hey guys - Update: Got eVisa ETA issued today - validity 1 year (they haven't started 5 years for Canadian passport for some unknown reason). It took less than. 24 hours. I entered NA for the "Citizenship/National Id No" in the application form.
Thanks for helping me out .
Thanks. Yes I entered No as never travelled to India with my Canadian passport. Good luck!!Congrats!
Did you enter NO for 'Have you ever visited India before?' in ''Previous Visa/Currently valid Visa Details' section?
awesomeNo its online…no need to go to BLS…I applied yesterday and got it today..
that's the best part - it's directly applied at Gov of India website. I'm sure if it would have been online via BLS, they would take weeks to processNo its online…no need to go to BLS…I applied yesterday and got it today..
I don’t think visa will be cancelled if you just apply for OCI…but once you get your OCI, visa might get cancelled automatically which wouldn’t matter anymore.Does anybody know if evisa is canceled if you apply for oci also?
Normal processing time is 7 days. Add additional 5-7 days for postal.I applied for entry visa for my newborn by postal in Vancouver, do anyone know how much time it will take??
Got 3 emails saying that the evisa is granted. We will have to take print out of these emails, right? There isn't any PDF or anything like that they'll send?I had submitted the application last night - Friday morning India time.
Are there chances of getting it approved by tonight?
