Hi, is there any pathways for someone to immigrate to Canada (Alberta specifically) without high school qualification? Would providing a LMIA for the individual to work in Canada eventually qualify him for PR application even though he has not completed high school?

It will be difficult to get approved for a WP without high school.

What NOC has the LMIA been approved for? Has person been approved for a work permit? What is IELTS scores? Look at AOS and if person and employer is eligible.

AOS isn't possible. That program requires a minimum high school level education.

So far there seems to be no pathways for the individual without a high school. I wonder if that means all recent immigrants have at least a high school completion.

Most who don’t have high school are either dependents or refugees. High school graduation is minimum standard these days for almost any employment.

Scratching my head to see if there's any viable pathways for a first cousin, who has worked as a cook outside of Canada for many years but no formal culinary education/certification nor has he completed high school, to immigrate to Canada (specifically Alberta). Doesn't seem like it's possible.

Not eligible for Express Entry. Needs to find a job with a LMIA, and the employer proves no Canadian or PR or anyone has the skills, only your cousin. This is just to work in Canada and not PR. Without education, cousin is not eligible for PR.

I don't think there are any economic immigration options without having completed high school at a minimum. You should assume he's out of luck.
