If I dont manage to reach sufficient score in Canada, can I go back home, take 2 years of foreign work exp and apply again? Will my canada education and work experience counted if I apply after going back home in 3 years?

Canadian experience only counts for the last 3 years, so no it might not count.

  1. Can I combine the work experience in Canada (not continuous, has gaps but amounts to 30hrs/week) and 3 years of foreign work experience in India and apply for PR?
  2. If answer to Qn.1 is yes, then it shall fall under which Program? FSWP or CEC?

I read those "minimum" criteria and are clear. My question is can I add foreign work exp to this experience and gain more points?
1. Are you eligible for CEC now?
2 Yes, then combine
3. No, then you must meet FSW requirements. Are you eligible for FSW?

1. Are you eligible for CEC now? Yes, I am on PGWP now and doing full time job. I will soon complete 1 year of job exp but with gaps between 2 employers
2 Yes, then combine . So can I then add my Indian work exp to this Canada work experience?
3. No, then you must meet FSW requirements. Are you eligible for FSW? I have 3 years of work exp from India. so technically yes to FSW

If eligible for CEC, once you have a year of experience then eligible for that stream. Gaps are allowed. If you have foreign experience in a skilled NOC with employment letters, payslips/taxes/receipts then you can count it.
