No E-Certificate Instructions Email

Hey everyone, is it normal that I have already received my oath invite letter with oath date, but I have still not received the email with instructions (and code) to download e-certificate? LPP was approved on Nov 6 and oath in progress on Nov 9. My oath is next week.

I had my oath this week and have not received any code or email on how to access the e-certificate.

the only other document that came with the oath email has just generic info about e-certificates. Hmmm

the agent at the oath asked if I had the email and I thought she meant by that generic one...
