My portal didn't show any updates like no bg check update and even eligibility review was not started..
So I'd say that mail could come anytime, doesn't matter what the portal shows.

Application filed : 24th October 2023
Confirmation of submission and BIL : 25th October
Biometrics : 30th October
Biometric Correspondence Letter : 10th November 2023
PPR : 10th November 2023
Medicals : 11th November 2023
Upfront Medicals on 28th September 2023


Background and Eligibility showing still in process and No study permit expiry and work permit expiry is being displayed in tracker.

Immigration screening for home country and other countries. Police checks. Verifying that all documentation submitted are authentic.
