I have created an account but the online application guide ( Gather documents) gives an application form. Hence I asked here to cross check as to upload that form
The forum is trying to help if you cannot be nice then please don’t respond!

The online version is the application form. At least it was for me.

Yeah doing my online application back in April 2022 you had to upload your signed Physical Calculator pdf.

Not when I did mine two weeks ago.

@rashi1101 I hope @yyzstudent did not mean to offend you. He/She might be suggesting to start with the online form as it is self explanatory.

the online version is extremely self explanatory. I did mine two weeks ago. It’s a heck of a lot easier than using the paper version form. It will prompt you if you don’t have everything in there.

Hi Team,
I am applying for Citizenship. I stay close to border and every month i cross to USA to fill up Gas. Should i declare all my entries in Physical Calculator. I may be in US for 10-15 mins.?? Any advice is helpful.

Thanks. I will get them added. Also should we mention the reason as Vacation or Others. Does the reason matter??

Just put something generic but true.
"Groceries across the border" or something like this.

Can someone help!!

While filling out PHYSICAL PRESENCE section of application.

what date we suppose to fill for example.


Temporary study permit: date on my study permit issue date which is june 2018 to exp date November 2020

However, my study started in sept 2018 and since I changed my course from 2 year to three year it ended in 2021 may .

i also applied for extension: application asks for date i applied for extensionnot too sure date but it was Sept 2020. I got new permit exp date nov 2021.

I got my work permit with issue date June 3 2021 and I got PR IN sept 29 2021.

I applied for work permit on may 05 2021 and For PR ON MAY 06 2021.

Can someone confirm what dates i should use for study permits and for work permit in the application
