For entry visa, you can pay the fee with Debit card or cash for in-person application.

Has anyone successfully received an entry visa after submitting both surrender and entry visa applications simultaneously? My children's visas were approved, but my application is still showing as 'under processing.' I submitted my application on November 1st through the Toronto BLS office.
Do you know the time frame for Surrender certificate and then for entry visa? Holidays are coming and I am just scared what if i won't get the visa on time
SC, maximum 3 weeks if in Toronto jurisdiction and entry visa, as people over here says 7-10 days

Can anyone can let me what are my options id the status for entry visa shows on bls site is ready for dispatch. I went there yesterday to request if they can hand over to me. But they refused and said you will get it by tomorrow. But, today status is still same. Nothing changed. I am worried as I booked my flights for tomorrow. Hope someone will help me.

Same in Vancouver as well . I get my SC in 10days and my entry visa is almost completed. Waiting for in the mail today and applied on Oct31/23
Last question: Can I apply for entry visa and surrender passport at same time? BLS in brampton is crazy, ive to stand in line from 5 am in order to get token.
Avg time at Vancouver for processing is around 34 days from ack date, Plus delivery time. You better reach out to consulate if urgent or apply for entry visa.
you need Canadian passport for option 1 & 2, though you can get passport earlier for a fee. Entry Visa Vs OCI , i think entry visa will be earlier to get.
