Is this AoR?

I submitted my EE application along with RPRF and biometrics fee on 30-Sep. An RCIC is handling my application.

Immediately upon payment, he got the attached letter in his email. Is this letter AoR? It only had our EE profile number and no UCI.

Please share your thoughts.
