My friend has been calling the automated phone line
(1-888-242-2100) to get updates on his file. He isn’t able to access Portal or tracker as its with his representative.
however, when he calls all he gets is the received date of the application and then gets automatically transferred to an agent for further information.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there a reason why?
