Very standard rejection. finances and stay not consistent with a trv. showed all funds and employment and trip was for a family get together. looks like a lot of rejections now with same reasons.

I have no idea. Usually tracker updated eligibility to completed about a week after biometrics is submitted. Thats what happened in my case. Then portal first changed to application in process last week and tracker this week. I sure hope its a glitch and we aren’t at the back of the line again...

Same happened here. Eligibility completed April 27. on June 11 it has gone back to Not started. Its the same for me on ircc portal and tracker. what about you?

Thats correct. His kids are in Sri Lanka. It was just a trip to see family that he has not seen in many years. i will ask him to apply again when he has more funds. Thanks everyone!

He is visiting family howcer because he applied as tourist, they rejected his application. Would a webform work now or apply for reconsideration and point out the error?
