Eligibility Stage 1 - Recommend Passed

To the best of my knowledge, eligibility stage 1 is for the applicant, this means you passed the eligibility.
Eligibility stage 2 is for the employer, this is the part they will request for your employer's ADR.
This part is were they determine if your employer is eligible
I have never applied for my gcms note myself, but I have done cbsa note, it's also like gcms.

Also stated in tbe gcms notes that no concerns with the genuineness of the job offer and employer appears to have the adequate income to meet the financial obligations for hiring the applicant.
I have submitted their latest tax year financial documents.
I hope they will not be asking further documents.
Then I guess you are good to go, you should expect EL soon and PPR
So we have 2 stages of eligibility on this pathway. One is the gaining experience which is stage 1 and the other is Direct to PR, which is stage 2. Eligibility recommend passed for stage 1, means that it is recommended that you meet the criteria for the gaining experience category.
