Pacemaker for treating heart irrigular beats and palpitations

Thanks all experienced guys in advance,
I would like to ask regarding a specific medical issue.
I'm going to make a surgery. I'll transplant a heart pacemaker. This is a device which regulate the heart beats to be regular.

Does it affect my medical check and consequentially my chances to be accepted as PR?

Whether someone needing a pacemaker gets approved will depend on why they needed the pacemaker and general health/other issues. Too difficult to make generalizations about approval for those with pacemakers. You are also asking someone who posted 5 years ago
