We received invitation to do a virtual oath ceremony email yesterday.

In the oath ceremony instructions PDF it says "(enter your seat number instead of your name when connecting to Zoom)". We are 4 applicants in total, do we have to join Zoom call individually on individual laptops after entering our respective seat numbers; or can I join as the main applicant by entering my seat number, and can my family members tag along on the same video call and take the oath together as a family?

You should all join in the same device and include all seat numbers in your display name, e.g.: if your seat numbers are 41, 42, 43 and 44 the display name should be "41/42/43/44".

Sorry to hear that, but you're not alone. Took my test on Sep 1, passed it 20/20 as well. Status still showing as "In progress" in the tracker =/
