We are now waiting for the eCertificate.

Yup. I assume you're out of the Surrey office? I am, took forever to finally get an update this week, which was to have an interview on Nov. 22.

I hve received status update in my tracker today for citizenship ceremony with date of 3rd november ..which is next weekdate, however I havent received any email about it till now .. also when do we receive the instructions for citizenship certificate download and account creation?

my visa office is Scarborough. It’s been 5 weeks since “test completed” showed on the status. LPP is still in progress. Is this a cause of concern?

Its delayed quite a lot. Some people in the forum are waiting 6+ months for rescheduling. Also it's tough for your rescheduling request to be approved. In max cases they will mark you as no show and send a final notice to appear, which if you don't, your application will be rejected. The details of all this is mentioned in your oath email(outside Canada, rescheduling etc)

Does this mean I can expect to receive Oath invite very soon?
