Getting request for those forms is pretty standard. Perhaps a processing error occurred and the PPR came before those forms were requested.
Provide them ASAP even if nothing changed, complete and sign again.

If I remember correctly, those form can either be submitted via GCKey (myCIC) or if no such options in GCkey - then via webform.
As to taking it to the embassy - unless they specifically said to bring it to them I doubt you have to bring it to them.

It's a standard phrase meaning that the IRCC visa office must receive it by this date. As I told you, usually it's either gckey (mycic) upload (there should be a form to supply additional documents when requested) or webform of your visa office if the form in GCKey is not accessible.

You may call IRCC 7 days after submission to inquire if documents were received.

So you misrepresented information in your original application?

That goes downhill pretty fast and serious. I'm not able to provide you any suitable suggestion as to what to do with it. This is serious and if they somehow became aware of it you may be accused of misrepresentation, refused and banned.

I see thank u so much for your help
It's pretty safe to assume IRCC has discovers the misrepresentation. You need to submit the forms they have requested with accurate details. Do not lie further. You will then have to hope IRCC does not issue a ban against you. Unfortunately you made an extremely poor decision to lie in your application.

I though OP has a Canadian citizen spouse, what did she mis-represent?
I guess regardless, misrepresentation can have serious result. And IRCC did find out in this case before OP landed.

There's a post that was deleted. The applicant misrepresented their travel history which included a year long stay in another country which resulted in an overstay. They purposely omitted this country from their travel history to avoid providing a PCC for this country. This is a material misrepresentation.

This is indeed serious. Oh mine.
Even if OP has criminal history that could be exposed by getting PCC from an overstayed country, it's not worth it to misrepresent.
