Finally got an update two months after completing the test. My timeline is as follows:
Applicant: Single
Physical Presence: 1114
Visa Office: Primary - Sydney; Secondary - Scarborough
Application submitted (online): March 13, 2023
AOR: March 29, 2023
Citizenship Test in progress: May 25, 2023
Background verification Completed: May 29, 2023
First test window: June 2 to June 22, 2023 (Missed it due to being out of country and not seeing the test email)
Request for test rescheduling (Denied): June 25th
Second and final test window: Aug 18th to Sep 7, 2023
Test completed: Aug 18th
Test updated to completion on the portal: Aug 22
LPP completed: Oct 18th (updated in the tracker on Oct 20th).
Citizenship Ceremony: Not started.

Any idea how long it takes to get an oath date these days?

No, it’s the other way around like it’s for most applications. The Sydney office handles the intake and assigns it to local offices for the test, LPP, and ceremony.

I know it’s the Scarborough office for sure based on the test notice email address. Hopefully, it won’t be much longer before I became a Canadian citizen.

Majority of LPP's are handled by Sydney. Some people get their test from Vancouver though they live in Calgary so doesn't always mean from where you get your test would be your processing office.

Actually, I called IRCC a week ago for a status update and they confirmed the application is being processed by Scarborough office. It’s also worth noting my LPP hadn’t started at that point.

Background Verification complete : July 19th 2023
Prohibitions complete: October 7th
In person Oath Ceremony : October 20th 2023
Got my citizenship certificate at the oath ceremony itself

Will be applying for the passport in the next week

I guess majority of the 2022 applications were taking time since the system was new.
I ordered GCMS notes once was didn’t get any idea about why my application was taking so much time

looks like Scarborough is taking upwards of 2 months to complete LPP after Test/Background now...damn slow compared to others..

Slowest compared to others. Other offices giving it within 2-3 weeks of test complete.

Does any got the same experience as me and get updated in his status? Application Filled in mid of March 2023, fingerprint in May 2023 and a citizenship Test in August 2023. but still no update from Scarborough office except Background Verification and Citizenship test shown completed. the rest in progress
