I came to Canada 5 months back and my PR expiry is mid of 2025. If I sponsor my wife and kids, what will be expiry of their PR status.

I came to Canada 5 months back and my PR expiry is mid of 2025. If I sponsor my wife and kids, what will be expiry of their PR status.

-PR status does not expire. Only the card expires.
-Five years after the date of issue, which is usually a couple of months after the date of landing.

Note: residency obligation is on an ongoing rolling five years basis, starting from the day of landing. Date of the PR card doesn't mean anything except for the date the PR card itself expires.
