Not sure of the pick-up - But I can give some context around delivery from my experience - I received the documents at my end, a day after the status changed to ready to dispatch on the BLS website, given both days were working days. This has been true for both Surrender certificate and now, OCI.
Although my process was completed in Feb 2023.

Status on BLS website till today: Ready for Collection
Normally the status at BLS site changes to "Ready for collection" in a day or two after they receive the document. But I've no experience with BLS Vancouver.
Yeah, BLS tracking is unreliable. Sometimes it stalls at some point while some get even tracking number shown after courier dispatch. Its all over the place.Although my process was completed in Feb 2023.

Is it walk-in or postal application for @CECapplicant2020 ?My crystal ball shows @CECapplicant2020 getting Acknowledgement by 4pm today
I have mailed my application on Sep 22, but they received it on Sep 25. So, walk-ins on Sep 25 will definitely be acknowledged first.

Walk-in. Yours reached consulate on 29th? I'm guessing walk-in on 25th might have reached consulate on 26th.
