Yes I am a privately sponsored refugee, you mean I will have to go at IOM health assessment center with the form and Refugee ID and ask for a Medical exam Appointment

You have three options to make an appointment
1. You go in person and book an appointment with them
2. Contact them through their telephone number and book an appointment
3. Contact them through their email and book an appointment

Yesterday I received an email from Visa office the email is attached with a PDF document which has instruction for medical exam and a form to bring during medical exam and the instruction says that I have to do the medical exam before 30 days after receiving the email but I am confused because I didn't receive the appointment letter for interview or any other information about the day of medical exam

I did my interview Jan 24 2023 and did my medical on march 17 2023 and still no decision made anyone know how long doe it take to get a call from visa office I send few emails to them no replies any idea what to do next or anyone on the same boat with me

I got this answer every time i ask about my application.
We would like to assure you that your case is in active process. We need to await the results of some mandatory checks before your application for resettlement can be approved and a visa issued to you.

I submitted my PR at April 2021, I got sponsorship approval November 2022, I got a email for interview September 2023, Now I did my interview and medical exam
