Acknowledge of receiving PCC after citizenship

Hi All, I had sent across PCC document almost 2 weeks back, but have not got any confirmation back. Do they take a long time to acknowledge the receipt of PCC. Has anyone faced this before. Thank you!

Timeline: Application Sent : March 21

AOR: Apr 14
Test Completed: Jun 21
PCC request: Nov 16
PCC submitted: Jan 05

They did update it around May and processed and gave my citizenship in July..

yes, they took time to update...Status was still showing as 'Waiting for document' status till May

Thanks a lot. They asked me submit over email, which I did. No need to do it over webform in parallel, correct?

Normally it's safe to do it as you get a confirmation after submitting webform.
