Hi Roye, I intend to follow up with my employer's local MP today, and I will also call IRCC again later tonight. I shall keep you posted. However, I have yet to receive anything from IRCC since I submitted a new JO last August.

I am sep2020 applicant. I called IRCC, they are saying my background is passed but eligibility is not yet started.

What was the most recent request from IRCC that you received? and when was your initial medical?

I wish I knew the answer As you can see from the trend of other applicants from 2021 - 2023, their papers are evidently being processed way faster than our papers. For us applicants from 2020, it does take longer than usual like way beyond the processing timeline.

I just got the reply from MP office they contacted the VISA office and they said the going forward date for your file is 26 nov. What dose this means ?

It means your file is scheduled for review on the 26th of November. But most of the time they don't abide by the date. pfff. Btw, which city/province is your MP from? Glad you got an update today! It's a thanksgiving holiday in Canada right now.

Last ADR for me and employer was on May and then in june they sent a Procedural Fairness letter to submit an updated employment letter which i submitted. after that no response.

Probably they will open your file on the this date for further processing

I received an ADR (3rd) too the other day with 14 days deadline. I was able to submit the docs the following day. I received my EL and pre arrival letter a day after.
