How long to get the AOR after submission online?

I have submitted online my application for me and my three kids, how long will it take to get the AOR? What happens after the AOR is emailed?

30-40 days. Create a tracker account - https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/ after you get the details in the AOR email.

AOR is just a first step. Currently if there's nothing wrong with your application, you can become Canadian Citizen within 2-3 months after getting AOR

You can apply for passport only after you get Citizenship certificate

yes, i submitted my online application yesterday.

As @kisiro191 said you need to wait for your application to be approved, oath done and then get the citizenship certificate. Once you have your citizenship certificate only then you can apply for passport.
