Insurance - IMM5533

Hello,
My spouse and I never lived together and I have to provide an insurance document as a proof of the relationship when filling the IMM5533 form.
I cannot enroll my wife for any private health insurance I requested about because she does not have provincial insurance first.
By your experience, what other insurance can I enroll in or pay for to use it as a proof for IRCC please? Thanks.

Insurance is ONE of the options for things you can provide.

Types of insurance that are more flexible: property insurance, benefits insurance (ie. to make her beneficiary of some work insurance, for example), etc. You'd call the providers and add her to the coverage/beneficiary profile.
