Montreal Portal 2 Delay - Track Timelines Here!!!

Hi guys,
We have received an email from ircc about confirming our permanent residence using the portal on Aug 18 from Montreal immigration, replied back within one week and it’s been 40 days but we haven’t received any response yet. Is that normal? Is there anything we can do to speed up the process?

Call IRCC and check

I am assuming you responded to Portal 2 with Photo & now awaiting eCoPR ?

Montreal is taking 4-6 weeks unless lucky

Did you call IRCC and confirm if Portal 2 was sent and lost?
My friend had Portal 1 sent and lost and directly received Portal 2

With Montreal, anything is possible

Have you also reached out to the MP yet? May or may not work but worth a shot

Called IRCC 4 times now. 3 webforms. Reached out to local MP they said it's with landing team to which they do not have any communication.

Just received my portal credentials however my names are swapped for first and last? Should I wait till I receive my ECOPR to see what's on it before I reach out to IRCC? Can someone please guide?

Congrats on receiving it.
I'm on my 9th week already. Did you reach out to someone for receiving P2?
Got my P1 on July 31st, still waiting for P2

He received eCoPR Oct 3rd
Today got an Email from IRCC VO Montreal as below
