Aug 14 2023 Final decision your application is in progress.
I can see COPR is issued on the tracker. I have been waiting for pr portal emails since the date. My immigration agency used web form. How long does it take to receive their response?

Anyone stuck with portal2 email received it recently? 2 weeks passed for me. I guess need to wait for 2-3 more weeks.

No i did not have any existing portal account. I called IRCC just once and the agent said that i just have to wait. There is no other option. Good luck. I hope yours come soon.
