Call IRCC and ask the agent. Almost of no use to learn VO though.

Agreed, but I am from India and dispute between the two countries is going to different level, and if the file is not getting processed in India, then atleast the anxiety level will be less.

You can call them in this case to learn the VO. IRCC Delhi usually only stamps your passport so not sure if there's anything to worry yet for PR applicants. At worst, you'll be asked to mail your resume to an outside embassy through VFS.
