Points are not matching with my ece profile

My points was 941 when I recived my ITA and I filled my all details. When I did preview my score it is 961. I checked all the things multiple time. Is this is normal thing? Or I am doing any mistake?

Most likely a mistake on your end. Match your CRS score from calculator to the one with EE profile.

I checked in EE calculater and my points is 941 which is correct, but when I procss with my PR file and check points via Preview my score it shows me 961. My education point is increased. I have filled all the detail exactly which are on my EE profile. Is this can make any problem in my PR? cutoff socre was 531.

IRCC will decide based on whether you meet the minimum entry criteria, which given your CRS won't be an issue: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/assessing-electronic-application-on-section-a11-2.html

Regardless, a simpler application has a chance of getting processed faster, so resolving this issue is highly recommended.
