Not sure if it affected my timeline. But a couple of days after Ontario acknowledged receipt of my updated documents I received my nomination.

Not yet buddy, and just yesterday I sent an e-mail to OINP to inform about raise in salary, let see if it is gonna impact the timeline for me or not. And will inform you once status chnages to Assessment, it is now showing submitted only. Is there anything from your side?
Thank you for the update, mine haven't changed status yet but I started seeing status changes for HCP applications submitted between Aug 15 to Aug 20.

Please guide me on my case. I have an Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker Stream application open since 21 Feb 2023. It's been over 7 months and my status is still the same as EOI Submitted. I have no idea why is it taking so long, there is no further information provided when I contacted OINP. I have read many cases receiving nominations with in weeks. I have this job offer from a Canadian employer and am losing all my hopes whether I would make it up to this.
Anybody has any idea what could be the possible reason behind this and have any suggestions, please share.

Just to clarify, did you submit an application after an NOI in February 2023? Or you created a profile in February 2023?
For OINP job offer stream, it requires participation from employer, so check with your employer if they are willing to fill up the employer form required by OINP. Are you currently working for this employer? Or are you planning to change job to this employer?
Am not in Canada but UAE, I have no idea so far about the employer form requirement. It is actually organized by an agency based in Toronto and I was not informed about the employer side requirement. I believed it was just created in Feb 2023 without NOI. However, I have got access to my application that states my job details and there was no update so far. I have got a signed offer from a private company's official email account that is a verified employer on Canada Job bank. I am waiting for the process to complete in order to travel to Canada.

Are you sure the application and job offer are real and not a scam? How much money have you paid them?
Close to 8k USD, however I did a cross check with the employer directly and I did receive confirmation about the job offer. The employer is also a verified one on the Job bank. I do suspect something should have been wrong because it's more than 7 months and the agency has been asking me to be patience as it may take longer than expected some times. By the way, this agency is widely trusted one for immigrations and I have had a check on them through many forums and online sources before engaging. I do have access to my application, the agency did share the access for me to monitor the status. I can provide you the name of this agency, do let me know.

Sounds like a scam to me.
Most agency jobs are scams. You should never have to pay money for a job offer.
That was the reason I have come in open to take suggestions. The reason that I don't get it is, OINP is not making any update to my application let alone a reject status if there was any problem with the data provided. Secondly, the employer is a verified one on the job bank and have communicated to me directly.
I don't understand where is the fault, had it been a scam there should have been any status update.

You cannot submit an application for OINP job offer stream without NOI/ITA. Check with Ontario Immigration about your application, if indeed an application has been submitted (your agency should have informed you that your profile has received an NOI/ITA).

As @scylla commented, sounds like a scam...
It's hard to comment without further details. Who is your employer? Can you share the full job offer you received? If there is an issue, this can make processing take much longer while the province investigates. Ultimately very hard to say what is going on without further details.
In that case the application should have been rejected but there is no such thing happened yet. I have already contacted them but they refused to take my request on status check since the email address associated with the OINP account is from the agency and OINP would not respond unless communicated via the associated email address.
